Job summary

Hotel Irvine is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in, escort them to rooms, and assist with luggage while delivering courteous, technology–savvy service. Minimum of one year front desk experience and excellent English communication are required.

You will provide local recommendations, handle room reservations and changes, resolve guest requests and concerns, and work closely with staff to ensure a calm, memorable stay for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a year of front desk experience in a hotel/resort environment (preferred).
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• A desire to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
