Ourisman Honda of Woodbridge is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our dealership. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Join our team and contribute to a welcoming, professional atmosphere across sales, service, and parts. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and organization skills.

Formación

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and phone systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
• Schedule and manage appointments for sales and service.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and records.
• Provide information about dealership services, promotions, and events.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and stocked with materials.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams for smooth operations.
