Asbury in Roswell, GA seeks a courteous Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries to the right department. You will be the dealership’s information specialist, ensuring guests receive accurate guidance and a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include multitasking in a fast-paced environment, basic clerical tasks, and maintaining professional communication. We offer weekly pay, holidays, training, and opportunities for growth within Asbury.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to appropriate department or individual.
• Respond to basic inquiries and take detailed messages.
• Communicate clearly with callers in a professional manner.
• Relay messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
• Assist with clerical duties as requested by management.
• Other duties as determined by management.
• Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
