Responsibilities include processing payments, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and verify reservations.
• Process check-outs and handle payments and receipts.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Manage reservations and updates in the system; handle cancellations/modifications.
• Assist guests with requests and local information; resolve issues courteously.
