Job summary

Biltmore Farms is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes at our Hilton-branded property in Asheville. You will coordinate room assignments, assist guests, and communicate with other hotel teams to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel through all stages of a guests' stay, from check-in to check-out
• Accommodate guest requests whenever possible
• Assign and register guests to available rooms
• Coordinate room status with our other hotel teams
• Familiarize yourself with all Biltmore Farms policies, procedures, and facilities
• Be a considerate, creative, and confident concierge
• Must be able to work a varying schedule for both AM and PM shifts including weekends and holidays
