Responsibilities

• Apply suggestive selling and offer product recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Promote Belk rewards program and the Belk App to build customer loyalty.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a visually appealing service area with signage and cleanliness.
• Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information.
• Support store operations including fulfillment, pricing, and promotional setups.
