You will greet customers, assist with services like gift wrapping, orders, and look‑ups, and promote Belk rewards and App to foster loyalty.

• Apply suggestive selling techniques and offer product recommendations to drive sales.
• Build customer loyalty by introducing Belk rewards program and the Belk App.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain service area presentation, signage, and cleanliness.
