Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Delafield, WI welcomes guests with warmth and luxury, and we’re seeking a Welcome Desk Associate to be the first smiling face at the club.

You’ll check in members and guests, answer calls, book reservations, and help create a memorable experience while maintaining a polished, professional reception area.

Multiple shifts available, including day, evening, and weekend options, with a focus on outstanding service and a convenient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival at the club.
• Book appointments and reservations for members.
• Anticipate and respond to member needs with exceptional service.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as required.
• Answer and transfer phone calls.
• Provide guest information to the membership sales team.
• Keep the facility clean and presentable for guests.
