Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Services Representative for The Delafield Hotel. You will be the first contact for guests, managing arrivals, payments, and room assignments while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma or equivalent, outstanding communication, and a professional attitude. The role requires irregular hours including late nights, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow within a boutique hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.
• Strong conflict management and decision making abilities are needed.
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments.
• Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.
• Handle guests' concerns and information requests.
• Assist with check-in/check-out for groups and tours; support other departments as needed.
