The Dewberry in Charleston is seeking a friendly Concierge to deliver outstanding guest service. Welcome guests, offer expert advice on local attractions, and promote hotel outlets while arranging transportation and reservations.

You will collaborate with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service and respond to guest requests within 24 hours. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year in hospitality, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in hotel/hospitality operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights, holidays as business levels require.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and by name.
• Provide detailed advice about the hotel and Charleston.
• Promote hotel outlets and arrange reservations.
• Respond to guest requests within 24 hours and follow up for satisfaction.
• Coordinate transportation and assist Guest Services.
• Oversee Dewberry Bikes Program.
