Job summary

Irvine Company Retail Properties is seeking a guest services ambassador for Fashion Island in Newport Beach. You will greet guests, provide directions, share center information, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, processing gift card sales, staying informed about stores and events, and adhering to uniform standards. Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google platforms and point-of-sale systems.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary welcome point for guests, providing directions and Center information.
• Seeks opportunities to exceed guest expectations with best-in-class service and a friendly demeanor.
• Handles all guest requests efficiently based on established policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of Fashion Island and its stores, restaurants, and events.
• Processes gift card sales and reconciles reporting.
• Resolves guest challenges promptly and professionally for satisfactory outcomes.
• Adheres to operating procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
