Job summary

Brand Enhance Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a guest services associate at our Irvine location. You will greet guests, operate the Flash Parking POS, and handle guest transactions, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cash handling, managing rental items with waivers, assisting guests with directions, and keeping the work area clean. Valid driver's license and customer service experience are preferred to ensure top-tier

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with no marks on record.
• Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they approach the key room/podium
• Manage the Flash Parking (POS) system
• Process all transactions with guests using POS system and posting to the hotel POS system, as needed
• Manage cash bank, ensuring accurate counts at beginning and end of every shift
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
• Assist all guests and visitors with property directions
• Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)
