Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, order fulfillment or retail environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Tech savvy with common devices and tools (Google Drive, Apple products).

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, unpack incoming packages and prepare items for inventory.
• Greet customers professionally and provide assistance.
• Prepare daily shipments with labels and tracking.
• Assist in procuring items for clients, including photo taking and quotes.
• Answer phones and help schedule client appointments.
• Scan and organize product inventory.
