Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in the Concierge Lounge.
• Set up, stock, and maintain food, beverage, and supply displays.
• Keep lounge clean and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Assist guests with local recommendations, dining, transportation, and hotel services.
• Answer questions and fulfill special requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Support front office operations and guest communications as needed.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties to support guest satisfaction and operations.
