Job summary

Willo Salons is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Sacramento, CA to warmly greet guests, check them in, and help book appointments across three locations. You will also assist with retail sales and keep the front desk organized, friendly, and efficient to ensure a premium guest experience.

As the first point of contact, you’ll learn service offerings, stock retail, and support billing accuracy while maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Greet and check in guests; ensure services are charged; pre-book next appointment
• Stock and clean retail shelves as necessary
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, nights, holidays
