Responsibilities include efficient check-ins and check-outs, answering guest questions, resolving issues with empathy, offering local recommendations, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless, memorable stays while maintaining an organized front desk and accurate transactions.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems.
• Proficiency with hotel property management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
