Job summary

Inns of Aurora Resort & Spa in Aurora, NY seeks a Guest Liaison dedicated to enhancing the guest experience during their stay. This role reports to the Director of Rooms and collaborates across departments to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with room orientation, supporting front desk operations, and using electric vehicles for guest transport. Must be flexible with schedules and committed to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Defensive driving course completed.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible with hourly schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests to Aurora with a friendly disposition.
• Regular walk-through of houses to provide guest support.
• Tidy common areas, including dishes and taking out trash.
• Check lighting, music, and overall ambiance.
• Be on-call for daily guests' needs (TV issues, keys, ice).
• Transport guests to resort locations in electric vehicles.
• Assist with luggage to guest rooms and room orientation.
• Support check-in at multiple properties and front desk operations.
• Provide directions and planning information to guests.
