Job summary

The SpringHill Suites Tallahassee Central is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and thoughtful departures. You’ll be the face of the hotel, using hospitality know-how to create memorable guest experiences while handling reservations and requests with poise.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with hotel software and Microsoft Office, and a passion for service. This is a full-time on-site role in Tallahassee, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
