Job summary

Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, knowledgeable service across the guest journey. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals and departures, manage reservations, and provide local information to create a seamless, personalized stay.

Join our team to support a hospitality-focused culture, collaborate with housekeeping and other departments, and uphold brand standards while handling payments and guest records with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or comparable experience.
• Front Desk or guest services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Complete guest check-ins, registrations, room assignments, and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, including creating, modifying, and confirming reservations with accurate guest data.
• Process guest payments, billing transactions, deposits, and other Front Desk financial transactions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns, and follow up to support satisfaction.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
• Prepare for and assist with arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
