Oxford Collection Hotels seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest service and create a memorable first impression. You will perform registration, assist guests with inquiries, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure a seamless stay.

This role emphasizes the Oxford Hospitality Fundamentals, including confidentiality, courteous interactions, and proactive guest communication. Training and career growth are available within a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Any previous experience in a front desk, reception, or related role is a plus but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Assist guests with arrival and departure, including bell or valet assistance as needed, while ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Complete registration, confirming information per guidelines.
• Communicate guest needs to designated departments and provide information on hotel amenities and local events.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality of guest information.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately at checkout.
• Promptly document guest requests, issues or problems and notify the appropriate department.
