Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking an Experience Concierge to proactively create memorable resort experiences for guests. You will greet guests at the Experience Center, design custom itineraries, and manage reservations for in-house guests, coordinating with multiple departments to exceed expectations.

In this role you will use the Aspire sales funnel to maximize ancillary revenue, maintain strict confidentiality, and provide detailed guest notes to ensure seamless check-in and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and judgement.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Experience Center.
• Design custom itineraries and coordinate reservations for in-house guests.
• Use Aspire sales funnel to maximize ancillary revenue.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Develop local knowledge to connect guests with authentic experiences.
• Ensure VIP and special occasion requests are accurately handled.
