Job summary

The Graduate Providence, part of Highgate Hotels, seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay, and checkout while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

You will greet guests, operate Front Desk systems, answer inquiries, manage packages, and stay informed about promotions and hotel guidelines. A high school diploma is required, college coursework helpful, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or related field preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
