Highgate Hotels is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for the Graduate Providence property in downtown Providence, RI. The role oversees the front desk team, ensuring attentive check-in/out and smooth guest experiences while maximizing occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have prior hotel or related field experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Light work - ability to lift up to 20 pounds sometimes, stand for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork and reports.
• Be familiar with front office systems and rate quotes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist guests with requests.
