Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition upon arrival.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in before arrival.
• Answer calls promptly and assist or transfer queries.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
