Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out using manual and computerized methods.
• Provide accurate information about reservations, hotel services and local area information.
• Handle cash, process payments and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Respond to inquiries in person and by phone, upsell room nights and maximize occupancy.
• Maintain guest records and communicate efficiently with other departments to enhance guest experience.
