Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel - Louisville Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver a high level guest experience, check guests in and out, and resolve issues with tact and courtesy. You will interact with guests at the front desk, coordinate with other departments, and uphold service standards throughout shifts.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to upsell and handle payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience, hospitality preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Proficiency with basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to input data into PMS/POS and type proficiently.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate room assignments and changes; handle late check-out requests.
• Secure payments, issue/activate room keys, and document exceptions.
• Assist guests with requests, directions, and information; route to appropriate departments.
• Provide concierge-like service when needed and support Reservations calls.
• Maintain knowledge of procedures and uphold service standards.
