Job summary

Oregon Beach Vacations is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to greet guests, handle reservations by phone and email, and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure smooth stays.

You will respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, process cancellations, and provide accurate information about properties, rates, and availability, delivering memorable, high‑quality service from inquiry to checkout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years minimum experience in Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Sales or Customer Service.
• 2 years sales and/or reservations teams experience required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in the office.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in rental management or hospitality services preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations for vacation rentals via phone and email; confirm online bookings.
• Process cancellations and alter reservations; follow company policies.
• Provide information regarding vacation rental homes and availability to guests via phone, email, and in person.
• Guest relations; assist guests with questions, special requests and issues before, during and after their stays.
• Coordinate assignments with third-party service providers (maintenance, housekeeping, etc.).
• Monitor maintenance and coordinate completion of approved tasks.
• Enter data accurately into internal systems and maintain account integrity.
• Collect funds for rent, tax, fees, etc., from customers.
• Greet visitors to the office and observe policies and procedures.
