Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service talents.
• Data entry and PC skills across MS Office, LMS and Bally.
• Ability to stand for a minimum eight-hour shift.
• Background check and drug-screening test required.
• Excellent communication skills and instruction interpretation in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out.
• Manage room assignments, billing, and payments.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local directions.
• Maintain visibility and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Operate PBX and ensure professional telephone etiquette.
• Make and confirm reservations while protecting guest information.
