The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and experience with PCs, POS systems, and gaming devices. A gaming license must be obtained and maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service and cash handling experience preferred; strong math skills.
• Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office, player tracking systems, gaming devices and safety equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Must obtain and maintain a Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Participate in controlling and accounting for casino cash receipts and the cash check-out process of other department cashiers.
• Balance all money transactions and prepare daily cash deposits.
• Maintain supporting cash receipts documentation and accumulation of information for daily review by Revenue Audit department.
• Portray a positive attitude and uphold the core values of Apache Casino Hotel, delivering exceptional service.
• Work with peers, regulatory agencies and guests to ensure an excellent guest experience and team member relations.
• Comply with all applicable regulations, laws, policies, and internal control protocols.
• Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Due to varying schedules, may work days, evenings, graveyards, holidays and/or weekends.
