Job summary

Fort Sill Apache Companies is seeking a Casino Guest Service Attendant to support jackpot payouts, guest service, and maintenance of electronic gaming devices on the casino floor.

You will assist with Players Club, promotions, and jackpot verifications while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls. A strong customer service mindset and basic tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year casino slot attendant or tech experience or cash handling required.
• Slot gaming systems experience required; Konomi experience preferred.
• Must work effectively with guests, team members and regulatory personnel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate jackpots and pay them out per policies and procedures and gaming regulations.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of the Cage department including daily reconciliation of variances >$5.
• Assist with Players Club, member cards, and promotions.
• Assist with jackpot verifications and service requests for equipment.
• Maintain machines and floor equipment, perform coin tests and ram clears.
• Provide food and beverage service and casino housekeeping as needed.
• Follow Eye, Hi, Goodbye program and internal controls.
