Greensboro-High Point Marriott Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, professional service at the hotel entrance. You will check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and share information about local attractions.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience or a combination of education and experience, and are eligible to work in the United States with strong English communication. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Eligible to work in the United States and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, attentive face of the hotel, greeting guests.
• Handle check-in/check-out and provide information on services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Support career growth within the hospitality team when possible.
