The Shores Resort and Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests and help manage their stay in Daytona Beach. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms, while providing knowledge about the hotel and local area.

Successful candidates have at least one year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a passion for hospitality. Opportunities to grow within a world-class property are available.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• A valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.

Aufgaben

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Interacts with all guests. The bell person/guest services attendant will welcome each guest to our hotel.
• Escort and orient the guest to the front desk for check-in.
• Escort the guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and local facts.
• Work with other attendants to ensure a personalized experience for each guest.
