Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Answer calls and guest inquiries about hotel services, directions, and local attractions.
• Manage reservations (booking, modifying, confirming, canceling) and update availability.
• Process billing and payments with accuracy.
• Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and special offers to guests.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
