Residence Inn Boston Concord, a Colwen Hotels Property, is seeking a friendly Part Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. You will register guests, make reservations, and share information about the hotel and local area during your shift.

The role requires one year of related experience, excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work a 7-day rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits are provided with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk and assist guests with inquiries and other needs during pre-arrival, registration, stay, checkout, and post-departure.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Efficiently manage front desk operations; ensure timely check-in/check-out.
• Warmly and professionally welcome all guests.
• Process guest check-in: confirm reservations, assign rooms.
