Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Experience in working with the public in a service industry or related activities is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Promptly and effectively address guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and promotions.
• Communicate guest comments and concerns to appropriate departments and management.
• Respond quickly to phone calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance.
• Promote positive working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
