Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior guest/customer service experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Hearing and visual ability to observe emergencies.
• Able to work varied schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests delivering courteous service.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, and complaints using hotel systems.
• Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while resolving issues.
• Build guest relationships with personalized service and local knowledge.
