Job summary

Juniper Preserve by Troon is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver warm, exceptional service to resort guests and Residence Club members. You will manage front desk tasks, assist with check-ins/outs, and provide area information with a proactive, friendly approach.

The role requires flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and interactions across departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with clean record.
• College or university qualifications, or two years of related work experience in a Guest Services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with a professional demeanor.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and front desk tasks.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns, then follow up within 30 minutes.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain guest history and process reservations and billing inquiries.
