Job summary

Juniper Preserve, part of the Troon family, is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional service at the Bend resort. You will greet guests, manage front desk tasks, and provide information about Central Oregon attractions and resort features.

This role requires flexibility for part-time or full-time schedules, including Wednesday through Saturday shifts. You will uphold privacy, handle billing inquiries, and coordinate with departments to resolve issues, ensuring guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college qualifications or 2 years guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test and maintain privacy of guest information.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with clean record and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming guest service and act as an ambassador for Juniper Preserve.
• Handle front desk duties: check-ins/check-outs, billing inquiries, and guest concerns.
• Attend to Residence Club members and manage reservations and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, area attractions, and room types.
• Operate Springer Miller Systems, process keys, and post daily reports.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
