Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome guests at hotels, hospitals or casinos, providing directions and information with professional courtesy. You will be the first point of contact, delivering smiles and a positive experience throughout the guest journey.

Responsibilities include answering calls and inquiries, assisting visitors with directions, and following client procedures and safety protocols. A strong English communicator with reliability will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Reading, speaking and writing standard English is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Understand 24-hour and military time systems.
• Typing and basic computer skills expected.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely; follow Towne Park standards.
• Demonstrates willingness to assist others and respond to emergencies.
• Practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette; assists visitors with directions.
• Provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities; preserves confidentiality.
• Reports accidents and incidents and follows disaster codes and SOPs.
