Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests at our hotel, hospital or casino sites. You will assist with directions, inquiries, and services while maintaining a courteous environment.

As a part-time role with morning/afternoon/weekend shifts, you’ll use a professional demeanor, handle basic information, and help ensure a positive guest experience. The position offers benefits eligibility and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background and drug screen.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of equipment including telephones, codes and alarms, two-way radios, disaster phone, fire panel and surveillance system.
• Ability to read, speak and write standard English; basic typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Answers the telephone promptly and politely following standards.
• Assists visitors with directions, information and inquiries.
• Provides information about outlets, rooms and amenities and maintains confidentiality.
• Follows safety and procedural guidelines; reports accidents immediately.
