Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a warm and welcoming Front Office Agent for its Arlington property, delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You will blend professionalism with hospitality, ensuring guests feel valued in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assigning rooms, processing payments, and promoting hotel services while maintaining lobby standards and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Property Management System, Opera System preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assign rooms meeting guest preferences and special requests.
• Obtain and verify credit and payment information per hotel policy.
• Promote hotel services, amenities and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Perform check-out procedures and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk and lobby area.
• Handle emergencies with professionalism and prioritize guest and team member safety.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
