Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist with product needs, and drive loyalty enrollment and digital features. You will help ensure a quick, easy, and friendly shopping experience from entry to checkout, while contributing to a safe and clean store environment.

You should enjoy helping others, be flexible with hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and communicate clearly with guests and teammates. Training will cover app features, promos, and customer service standards.
