• Greet guests and help them find what they need to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards
• Explain Target benefits, loyalty programs, and how to use the Target App features to guests
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and in-store services while maintaining a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist teammates as needed
