Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes prompt corrective action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists the Guest with all requests and answers questions and makes recommendations.
• Provides game assistance and notifies Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and ensures satisfaction, inviting them to return.
• Maintains inventory by stocking, displaying and securing merchandise; reconciles tickets and merchandise.
