Job summary

Dave & Buster's is hiring for a Winner's Circle role in a high-energy, guest-centric environment in Summerlin South, NV. You’ll be the welcoming first impression, guiding Guests through their Midway experience with strong communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, making recommendations, assisting with game play, and ensuring a clean, stocked retail area while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, assisting with questions and recommendations.
• Provide timely, accurate service and communicate information to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Assist guests with requests; notify Managers or Technicians for game issues and maintain merchandise displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking, displaying and securing merchandise; reconcile tickets and merchandise inventories.
