Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with daily tasks, and provide exceptional service across both in-store and digital offerings. You will help guests find solutions, explain promotions, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, efficient workspace and accurate checkout operations.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining food safety standards.
