Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience while ensuring safety and store standards. You will operate the POS, handle cash and transactions, and support stocking and merchandising tasks.

You’ll work to meet guest needs, maintain cleanliness, and assist management with vendor coordination and onboarding. Flexibility for day/evening shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
