Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests with a welcoming experience, resolve issues, and promote Target’s services. You will greet customers, assist with finding products, and process transactions with care, while supporting teammates and maintaining store standards.

The role involves flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.
