Job summary

Target is recruiting a Guest Advocate to assist guests in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them find items, process transactions, and promote Target services and loyalty programs. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Training will cover store systems, promotions, and how to use Target apps like Wallet, with opportunities to grow within a diverse team and supportive environment.
