Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with purchases while representing the store’s service standards.

The role involves helping guests use features like Order Pick Up and Drive Up, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Training is provided to learn all TS and app features.
